Appointments

Please download the referral form below, fill it out with the necessary information, and include your signature. Once completed, email the form to enquiries@radpidiagnostics.com.

After we receive and accept the referral form, we will contact the patient or nominated representative with the appropriate invoice (if applicable) and provide appointment details using the information provided.

The fees for private home X-rays or home ultrasound vary depending on location, the type of imaging (x-ray or ultrasound), and the number of body areas being examined.  

• Discounted rates are available for combined tests or when multiple body areas are scanned during the same visit.. We may also offer a bundled rate for institutions or charge separately for each service. 
• Image Location: All images are taken directly in the client’s property.

• Send the Referral Form: Email the completed referral form to enquiries@radpidiagnostics.com. Our healthcare team will review and vet the referral form.
• Invoice Issuance: Once the referral is accepted, an appropriate invoice will be issued to the patient or their nominated representative.
• Payment: Payment can be made through a link or via bank details provided in the invoice.
• Appointment Confirmation: The appointment will be confirmed and scheduled after the payment has been received.
• Carer or Helper Requirement: Please ensure that the patient’s nominated carer or helper is present during the examination for assistance.

 Home x-ray or ultrasound imaging fees typically include:

1. Radiology Reports: The cost for interpreting the images and providing a detailed report.
    
2. Radiographers' / Sonographers' Fees: The fee for the healthcare professional conducting the imaging.
    
3. Transport Call-out Fees: The cost for travel with medical equipment and logistics to perform the procedure at home.
