Referrers: How to Book X-Ray or Ultrasound
- Download and complete the referral form with all required information.
- Email the completed form OR own referral form to enquiries@radpidiagnostics.com.
- Once the referral is received and accepted, we will contact the patient or their representative with the invoice (if applicable) or instructions for booking online.
What Our Home Imaging Fees Cover
Our point-of-care imaging service, including home X-ray and ultrasound fees typically include:
- Radiology Reports: Expert interpretation of your images with a detailed report.
- Radiographer/Sonographer Fees: Professional fees for the healthcare staff performing the scan.
- Travel & Call-Out Fees: Transport of staff and equipment to your home or care facility.
- Image Sharing: Secure sharing of images with other healthcare providers for ongoing management.
- Clinician Referral (if required): Assistance with referrals to ensure clinical appropriateness.

Payment Terms & Conditions
By booking a home service appointment with Radpid Diagnostics, you agree to the following:
- Eligibility: All bookings are subject to clinical review. Self-referrals must meet clinical criteria. If your scan is not clinically appropriate, we will advise you on next steps. Our imaging services are available for patients 18 years and over.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Appointments are confirmed only once payment is received.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment, ideally with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Full details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
- Medical Information: You confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Please inform us of pregnancy or any medical conditions that may affect your scan.
- Data Handling: Your personal data will be processed in line with UK GDPR and our Information Governance Policy.
