Terms of Use

All appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Your appointment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

For self-referral X-ray assessments, a non-refundable assessment fee of £49 is payable at the time of submission. This fee is separate from, and in addition to, the cost of the examination itself. If you proceed to a home X-ray appointment following a successful assessment, the £49 fee will be deducted from your appointment cost.

You may request to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, provided that your request is received at least 24 hours before your scheduled examination time.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time cannot be accommodated. In such cases, the original appointment will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and the payment will be forfeited in accordance with Section 2 above.

If you do not attend your appointment at the scheduled date and time without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited in full. No refund will be issued.

This policy reflects the costs incurred by Radpid Diagnostics in reserving your appointment, including:

• the clinical room or home visit slot allocated to you;
• the time and attendance of the radiographer or sonographer assigned to your examination; and
• the loss of an appointment slot that could not be offered to another patient.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as early as possible so that we may offer your slot to another patient.

We understand that delays can occur. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you within the existing clinic schedule.

However, if your late arrival would affect the safe and efficient running of the clinic, or would cause undue delay to other patients, we may be unable to proceed with your examination at that time. In such circumstances, you will be offered the next available appointment slot.

Late arrival does not qualify for a refund. If we are unable to proceed with your examination due to late arrival, your payment will be retained and applied to your rescheduled appointment where operationally possible.

Where a refund is approved under these terms, it will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Radpid Diagnostics has no control over the processing times of individual banks or card issuers.

Radpid Diagnostics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, clinical emergency, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be offered the next available appointment at no additional charge, or a full refund if you prefer not to rebook.

We will contact you as soon as practicable if we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
